Lưu ý khi sử dụng
- Chỉ sử dụng chất lỏng cho phép truyền sóng siêu âm, không có bọt khí lớn.
- Nhiệt độ ống vượt quá 85°C phải liên hệ KEYENCE trước khi sử dụng.
- Cài đặt zero cut flow rate đúng cách, đặc biệt với dòng chảy thấp.
- Tổng tải dòng điện khi sử dụng IO-Link hoặc analog output không vượt quá quy định.
- Lắp đặt chắc chắn để tránh rung, sốc ảnh hưởng kết quả đo.
